About the Artist:
A multi dimensional artist who creates photographic as well as video art. Born in Israel in 1973 Ohad Milstein, holds an MFA from Bezalel Art School, and a BFA in Film and Television, from Tel Aviv University, where he also teaches. He is an artist who deals in film and television and usually makes it the source of his still works. Like in his video works, he transforms the still camera into an intimate, sometimes violent tool. Within a closed frame and a small, limited artistic act he reveals the complexity and volatility of the need to be seen and be exposed.
