About the Artwork:
“Varda” is the name of my favorite childhood doll. The name, which was determined by the color of her pink hair (Pink in Hebrew – Varod, hence, Varda) brings back personal, nostalgic recollections and memories from home. Varda, now in Black and White, meets Anna, a girl searching for time and space, a place of her own, a Home.
